1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pickr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the App.
2. Eligibility
Pickr is intended for users who are at least 19 years old and physically located in Canada. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We may require proof of age or identity to verify eligibility.
3. Free-to-Play Platform
Pickr is a free-to-play sports prediction and rewards platform. No deposits or payments are required to participate. Tokens earned within the App may convert to Cash as follows: 100 Tokens = $1 CAD (Canadian Dollar). 1 Cash = $1 CAD. All eligible winnings are automatically converted to Cash and reflected in your account.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials. You agree not to share your account with others and to notify Pickr immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or its services.
- Exploit, manipulate, or abuse the rewards system, algorithms, or referral mechanics.
- Attempt to access data or accounts that you are not authorized to use.
- Attempt to deceive, mislead, or defraud Pickr or its partners.
Violations of this Section may result in suspension, termination, or forfeiture of rewards.
6. Rewards, Balances & Adjustments
Token, experience (XP), and Cash balances shown in the App are for informational purposes. Rewards may be earned through gameplay features, partner tasks, streaks, or promotional events. Pickr reserves the right to adjust any account balance to correct errors, prevent abuse, or comply with these Terms.
7. Withdrawals & Partner Task Requirements
Withdrawals of Cash balances become available only after completion of at least one verified partner task (affiliate offer) as defined in the App.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to manual review and verification.
- Completion of a task does not guarantee approval of a withdrawal request.
- Pickr may request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
- Withdrawal availability may be delayed to prevent fraud, manipulation, or abuse.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts and additional conditions may apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, images, software, features, and functionality within Pickr are the property of Pickr or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations
Pickr provides information and entertainment only. The App, its services, and content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Pickr does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or uninterrupted access. Users understand and accept that outcomes of sports events are unpredictable, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickr and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to use of the App.
11. Termination
Pickr may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, misuse of the platform, or any fraudulent activity. Pickr may also terminate, suspend, or modify the App at any time without notice.
12. Changes to Terms
Pickr may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of [Insert Province] and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
