1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pickr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the App.
2. Eligibility
Pickr is intended for users who are at least 19 years old and physically located in Canada. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We may require proof of age or identity to verify eligibility.
3. Free-to-Play Platform & Virtual Tokens
Pickr is a free-to-play sports prediction and entertainment platform. No deposits or payments are required or accepted to participate. Pickr Tokens are virtual practice credits used within the App and have no monetary or cash value. Tokens cannot be transferred, sold, purchased, redeemed, or withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, or any item of value. Pickr does not accept wagers or deposits and does not pay users any winnings or cash.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials. You agree not to share your account with others and to notify Pickr immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or its services.
- Exploit, manipulate, or abuse the rewards system, algorithms, or referral mechanics.
- Attempt to access data or accounts that you are not authorized to use.
- Attempt to deceive, mislead, or defraud Pickr or its partners.
Violations of this Section may result in suspension, termination, or forfeiture of rewards.
6. Tokens, Balances & Adjustments
Token and experience (XP) balances shown in the App are virtual and for informational and entertainment purposes only. They have no cash value. Tokens may be earned through gameplay features, streaks, or promotional events. Pickr reserves the right to adjust any account balance to correct errors, prevent abuse, or comply with these Terms.
7. Betting Partners & Affiliate Relationships
Pickr may display optional offers from licensed, third-party betting partners. These partner services are separate from Pickr and are operated by the respective partners under their own terms, eligibility requirements, and responsible-gambling rules.
- Visiting a partner is entirely optional and takes place on a separate third-party website.
- Pickr does not accept wagers or deposits and does not process any partner transaction.
- Pickr may receive affiliate compensation for qualifying referrals to partners.
- Location restrictions, age requirements, and partner terms apply to any partner service.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Disclaimers & Limitations
Pickr provides information and entertainment only. The App, its services, and content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Pickr does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or uninterrupted access. Users understand and accept that outcomes of sports events are unpredictable, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickr and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to use of the App.
11. Termination
Pickr may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, misuse of the platform, or any fraudulent activity. Pickr may also terminate, suspend, or modify the App at any time without notice.
12. Changes to Terms
Pickr may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
